Every year, Super Bowl mania results in a frenzy of media placements, mounting expectations, and Monday-morning quarterbacking. This year, the ratings landscape was complicated even further by politics. Donald Trump and Michael Bloomberg both entered the fray with 2020 election ads. Several marketers even voiced concerns about their ads possibly following the controversial political spots.
